A healthy wholesome breakfast, perfect to start a busy, active day. This delicious & nutritious recipe was made in collaboration with Dr Ciara Kelly.
- 40g oats
- 2 tbsp whole chia seeds
- 1 scoop/sachet of SFY Chocolate and Coconut
- 200ml milk
- 1 small handful of berries
- A dash of cinnamon
- Optional additions: 1 tbsp cacao nibs, 1 serving of raw nuts (e.g. cashews, walnuts), ½ banana sliced into coins
- Mix all of the above ingredients in a Tupperware dish
- Store sealed in the fridge overnight
- In the morning, tuck in and enjoy! Feel free to add a splash of extra liquid if you like!
