A healthy wholesome breakfast, perfect to start a busy, active day. This delicious & nutritious recipe was made in collaboration with Dr Ciara Kelly.

Serves 1

Ingredients

  • 40g oats
  • 2 tbsp whole chia seeds
  • 1 scoop/sachet of SFY Chocolate and Coconut
  • 200ml milk
  • 1 small handful of berries
  • A dash of cinnamon
  • Optional additions: 1 tbsp cacao nibs, 1 serving of raw nuts (e.g. cashews, walnuts),    ½ banana sliced into coins

 

Method

  • Mix all of the above ingredients in a Tupperware dish
  • Store sealed in the fridge overnight
  • In the morning, tuck in and enjoy! Feel free to add a splash of extra liquid if you like!
